This is not the first time that I've contacted Alarm Grid's customer support and been amazed by the level of service. Darrell K spent 45 minutes assisting us in setting up cellular service on our system and logging in to Alarm Connect 2.0. He was so patient and courteous and tested everything before we hung up. Afterward, he promptly sent me information on additional hardware compatible with my system, as requested. Their website has a great library of videos on how to use my system as well as others they support. I'm so impressed with this company. I used to have ADT in another home and I feel I receive superior support with Alarm Grid at a reasonable price.

Great service from Thomas W. today during our setup and activation. Got the call on time and he had already connected with my alarm communicator. Set up our Vista20P quickly and with great patience walking me through the programing process. Everything worked perfectly and he went through a full test with me. Overall, we couldn't have asked for better, more knowledgeable service. Thank you, Thomas!

Alarm Grid provides excellent service and customer support! I've made several upgrades to my security system and along the way I've dealt with my local rep, Nicholas Fuller, several times. I love that I can just leave my phone # for a call back instead of waiting on hold. It's also very pleasant to speak with someone stateside instead of someone overseas. In all instances, Nicholas has helped me with my upgrade process and get everything integrated into my system smoothly. 5 Stars for excellent security service and bonus points for the stellar customer service!
