Our regular monthly includes your telehealth appointment, unlimited access to message with your doctor, compounded medication at any dosage (if prescribed), and access to a portal where you can manage your care plan and track progress.We are actively working with our partners to improve our service. Our number one goal is to provide our customers their medication in a timely and stress free manner and support them in their weight management journey. To prevent any interruptions in your treatment, we schedule billing three weeks after your delivery. This ensures your medication is processed and delivered on time every cycle. We strive to maintain this schedule to support the effectiveness of your healthcare plan.

As we continue to grow, we continue to partner with new pharmacies to meet our customers' needs and provide efficient and hassle free services. We encourage you to report the effects to your Alan Meds doctor as quickly as possible or your personal primary care provider. We advise our customers to follow their exact prescription and dose instructions provided by their doctor. All of our partner pharmacies are rigorously vetted, comply with state board regulations, and hold PCAB accreditations—a distinction achieved by less than 1% of US compounding pharmacies. We stand behind the quality of their medication. Your health and safety are our number one priority and we hope we can make this up to your satisfaction. Our patient portal page provides our customers the ability to view exactly what was prescribed and what was ordered with each shipment.
