Maryjane has come to the rescue for us as we navigate our weight loss journey through the recent FDA changes. We have seen great success using the Alan Med product and needed the reassurance we received from Mary Jane and another diligent staff member who left me a voice message after hours, reassuring me that my order was correct and my weight loss journey is safe. This level of customer service is not the norm and the team at Alan Meds truly stepped up! IMPRESSIVE!

Very professional and helpful in every way! I came to Alanmeds because they ANSWER TH PHONE! I stayed with them because they help you every step of the way! Thank you Mary Jane and everyone there for your help! But when it came time to fill the order the doctor rejected it because it didn't have a blood panel which was never requested until they got my order! I can't afford that blood work and they won't request it from my insurance! This is fine print bullshit!

My experience with Alan Meds has been very positive. As they were getting down to the wire on not being able to provide some of the compound medication’s, I worked with one of their reps, Mayra Tejada, and she was amazing. She was helping me to try to stay aboard as cost-effectively as possible so I could continue my weight loss journey. And she has also provided me with information about future products that I can try once the is stopped. I truly felt that she had my best well-being in mind, and was trying to help me maintain my program without it being a heavy financial hit. She was awesome and I am glad that she was my representative.

The only reason I continue to use Alan Meds is because of the personal touch of Lisa Thomas the wellness manager. I’m able to get a direct line into her so she can answer my questions, help with any issues, and explain things to me. She’s gone above and beyond and is the reason I’ve stayed with Alan Meds.
