All of our medication is scanned out of the pharmacy to ensure quality control. We asked our pharmacy for certification of analysis on this order and they informed us that it met all quality standards. We have also requested that your current shipment be expedited and sent out to you right away. If you received medication that is warm or if the ice packs have melted during transit, rest assured, your medication remains safe and effective even if exposed to warm conditions during shipping. Studies have shown that compounded GLP-1 medication injections typically remain stable when exposed to temperatures as high as 104°F (40°C) for up to seven days.  We’ve reached out to you directly to discuss this further and find the best way to address your concerns. We charge customers at the time of sending them a medical intake form for a few reasons. Mainly, if we did not charge you before your medical information was sent to the doctor, they could potentially send your prescription to the pharmacy without ever receiving payment. If you are denied for any reason, your account is automatically canceled and refunded. We’ve reached out to you directly to discuss this further and find the best way to address your concerns. Our first month always comes at a steeply discounted price. However, $397 is our standard monthly price from month two onwards, so it does not increase after that. All our programs include a discount on the first month and our regular monthly includes your telehealth appointment, unlimited access to message with your doctor, compounded medication at any dosage (if prescribed), and access to a portal where you can manage your care plan and track progress.
