Fast & efficiency of how well the medication is shipped to you. The medication is always packed very well. You receive plenty of supplies.

100% American Made and Managed
Alan Meds is very customer focused which is evident by the outstanding customer service they provide. The staff is knowledgeable which means a lot to me because of the newness of these type of meds for weight loss. Best of all, the company is located in the USA, the meds are formulated in the USA, and every one you speak to at Alan Meds is from the USA.

A very efficient and straightforward process
I am very happy with the entire process. It was quick to get approved and I had my medication in just a few days. I have looked into other companies and there were so many hoops to jump through, long quiz’s, and subscription requirements. A very straightforward process.

No syringe or supplies updated
No syringe or supplies. Only thing in the bag was the vial of med. Update: my supplies were overnighted so they did respond and correct their mistake promptly. I believe it was the supplier who caused the snafu. I am happy with the med and the customer service from Alan Meds.
