They will not cancel my membership
They will not cancel my membership. There is no way to do it through the site, so I emailed the help function. They never canceled it, and today another charge was attempted on my card. Not cool.

Praying he doesn't die from this …
My husband took his first injection of tricep tide this morning and within 15 minutes he was an anaphylactic shock and having a major seizure. He has been in the emergency room ever since I did not get his blood pressure regulated. I hope to God this crap that was sent to us does not kill him. I told him I thought the least they could do was refund my $1,300. This is a nightmare. He has never been allergic to anything or had a seizure in his entire life. The doctor said it was something that was added to this concoction.

SCAM never shipped the medication for…
SCAM never shipped the medication for B12/MIC. You can’t cancel your subscription online, by email or over the phone they do everything in there power to keep your subscription going even when you want to cancel. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ALAN MEDS.

It’s a waste of money
It’s a waste of money. After 3 months of them charging atleast $300 a month, I only 2lbs. I wouldn’t recommend anyone . I started in August.I didn’t see any difference, I canceled after 3 months .

I have tried to cancel my treatment and…
The treatment was not effective for me for 8 months. On 02/20/25 before the next shipment which they emailed me the next shipment would process after medical intake. I have tried to cancel my treatment and still they charged my credit card $458 without medical intake; they are not responding to my calls or emails for days. I have even emailed them to refund $458 back to my credit card and still I get emails that the prescription is on its way without completing medical intake. I wanted confirmation of refund of $458 back to my original payment.

Horrible shipping-spoiled product
They charge twice as much as other companies or even my local pharmacy. But the main issue is the shipping. I have never received an order that was still chilled with the ice packs. I am currently waiting on an order that was ordered four days ago and has been set to be sent the last three days by FedEx and now it’s not going to come for another three days. So the medicine is going to be ruined and I have paid $458 for this. And no weight loss, so I would not recommend this site. Their customer service is awful. They just blame FedEx and will not give you a credit or re-ship anything.

I did not complete the form to make this purchase. You have charged me $175 without my consent and then you had the nerve not to send me the medication that I did not order. Why did you pick my pocket?
