The Real Deal - As long as one provides the needed…
As long as one provides the needed medical history then there should not be an issue. I certainly have not encountered anything negative to date. I am really happy that I discovered and subscribe to Alan Meds. I have experienced professionalism and timely responses which have made my journey fulfilling and easeful thus far. I would recommend this provider!

Update - Went from 1 to 5 Star Customer Service
Update: Alan Meds issued the refund AND contacted me personally to discuss my initial interaction with the company. Jessica thank you for reaching out. I sincerely appreciate the call. Our discussion completely changes my view of Alan Meds. To potential clients - I’ll leave a shortened description of my first 1 star review so you have an idea of the issue and the resolution. More importantly, I can now say I would definitely do business with the company. Review#1 - Do not trust this company. I submitted interest, immediately received an email from a customer service rep. I responded I had some questions regarding cost before I wanted to begin their subscription. However the order was shipped and I was left refusing the fedex package and disputing the charge. Attempts to reach a human via their hotline or chat line is impossible. So beware. I will not be doing business with them.
