Everything about my experience with Alan Meds was outstanding beginning with interactions with my customer service representative Matthew. I needed my prescription handled quickly as I was going to be out of town for two weeks and Matthew made sure everything was processed in an efficient and timely manner. This GLP-1 provider deserves a lot more recognition and visibility!

I’m absolutely floored at how good these doctors and receptionist handle your case! I was charged $1500 on my card and I didn’t receive my medication yet. I called them right up and they took it right off the bill. No questions asked. I was so happy with the way they took care of me. I also spoke to a young man and he was excellent handling my case as well. These people are pretty damn good.

I really have to credit Josh for ensuring my experience was positive and seamless from start to finish. Like others, I was concerned about being scammed or the product not working. Not only did I reach my goal weight in under a year, I found the health practictioners to be responsive and helpful. When I decided to cancel, I shared my concerns with Josh and he ensured my offboarding would be smooth and hassle-free, which it was. I would choose Alan Meds again.
