On October 17, 2026, I discovered that AKOOL.com had charged my bank card, even though I have never signed up for a paid subscription with this company or authorized these payments. I have no idea how AKOOL obtained my card details or why my card was charged. Money has been taken from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. This is extremely alarming and has raised serious concerns about payment security and transparency. I expect AKOOL to investigate immediately, explain how these transactions were authorized, stop any further charges, and issue a full refund. I am sharing my experience to warn others to check their bank statements carefully. I will update this review if AKOOL provides a satisfactory explanation and resolves the issue.
