Great fun!!
Well from what I can tell these are nicely made we have 3 already now adding 3 more great for battles in yard and woods my son loves them.

My gel blasters are taking a pretty long while
Hello, I ordered all the way in late October- early November and it is now early December and I still don’t have my gel blasters. They claimed that for USA shipping, it would take about 3-14 days. I ordered a gel blaster which it had express shipping and said it would take about only a week maybe. It’s been multiple weeks and for some reason it’s still not here. If you order from this website, expect a very long shipping time as that’s what’s happening now. UPDATE: my provider has notified me that at some point the blaster actually did arrive. My apologies

Hi Dominic, we don't have any orders from customer named Dominic from the time range you provided, also i checked all orders from Oct to mid November are either fulfilled or expired with refund from our side. We have US warehouse that ship locally for most gel blasters, also we used UPS international express for shipping all gel blasters that take 3-5 days duration in shipping. Looks like there are misunderstanding or the order is not placed with us.

Hi Paul, as you are located in United Arab Emirates, if you import gel blaster which look alike replica firearm without permit, it will get seized as it is illegal for individuals to import it. If you check your bank account, there were no deduction of any payment due it is as the order was not accepted, an automatic email has been triggered to you on 18 November that the order was not accepted. I am sorry for the confusion here, but we cannot help much, seizure rate for firearm replica is extremely high in UAE. Also we hope not to engage in any smuggling / false customs declarations which can cause you legal issues.

Specific delivery exceptions for Belgium - important to know before you order :)
We've ordered on the 13th of november, but haven't received any more news than an order confirmation. We've tried to contact them (via mail and facebook), but it remains silent on their side. After getting an answer via trustpilot, it was clear that the order was not allowed to be shipped as a whole to Belgium due to Belgium customs. The order is cancelled after 7 days, without any extra costs. For us, this has been handled perfectly.

Hi Karlien, I am sorry that your enquiry raised on 17 Nov was not answered immediately. We cannot accept your order as you are in Belgium ordering replica from HK, orders we cannot accept are automatically refunded on the 7th day from the order date. The refund is done automatically with no requests needed from customer side. When i bought it
When i bought it, in the cart was "free shipping". But when the product got delivered to me. I've got informated about additional costs. The additional cost was 33.1% of the whole product price(196PLN).

I have been waiting a month and a half…
I have been waiting a month and a half by now and still haven't recieved the order or a reply from their customer service after reaching out 3 times. Responding below to response; Ahh ok no problem I did not receive the 2 emails from your partners, but thanks for the speedy reply on here.

Hi Liam, as soon as you placed the order on 26 Dec, we have immediately contacted our shipping partners whether they will ship it to Ireland. I hope you received the two emails we sent to you on 28 Dec and 24 Jan well. We have asked if you would prefer refund or let us try to find a shipping partner to Ireland. Most of the shipping partners rejected to ship the full metal gel blaster to Ireland. Only one shipping partner not rejecting it immediately, that shipping partner has not confirmed to take the shipment or not at this moment. I am sorry to know you are not happy with the process, I will proceed immediate refund and I hope you find a better shop to serve you. A warm reminder that the refund will be proceeded immediately from our end, however your bank will take a few working days to credit the money back to you.

I was originally ordering a 629.99 GBB…
I was originally ordering a 629.99 GBB gel blaster being the smc 9 with gtp 9 so I ordered it thinking that I was going to receive it in a week or two 3 weeks past by no item and kept being given the run around and them saying that it is not working properly and why would it be for purchase if it wasn't working properly so I said that they didn't have to get it working properly on there end and said that I would sign a waiver stating that I am getting it as what it was with them needing to fix it and leaving me to fix it cause I insisted on it cause I know how to repair them and few days past them dragging there feet like they are waiting to do it there way and not allow a customer who clearly knows how to fix it just receive the items and I bought this with a disability check where I am entitled to receive what I get with the funds and they didn't get that matter and stieght up canceled my order then just sending it to me as is and allowing me the customer who knows more about them fix it but they didn't allow it and they were not willing to work with me and just send it to me as is so don't buy anything from them unless you are certain they won't mess up your order.

But then you want us to ship the item even we have not yet passed the quality check. We trust you are skillful, but as a responsible seller, we should not ship it out before we confirm the quality.
