I bought this gel blaster for my 10-year-old son for Christmas. The gun is awesome. It’s a Cyma m4 v3. Metal gears metal barrel main frame is metal. attachments like the scope and barrel mag other things are plastic and kind of junkie. I understand Al blasters don’t make it they sell it! Came with the 7.4 V battery. I threw 11.1 battery in the gun and it’s just ridiculous.

Hello, I ordered all the way in late October- early November and it is now early December and I still don’t have my gel blasters. They claimed that for USA shipping, it would take about 3-14 days. I ordered a gel blaster which it had express shipping and said it would take about only a week maybe. It’s been multiple weeks and for some reason it’s still not here. If you order from this website, expect a very long shipping time as that’s what’s happening now. UPDATE: my provider has notified me that at some point the blaster actually did arrive. My apologies

Hi Dominic, we don't have any orders from customer named Dominic from the time range you provided, also i checked all orders from Oct to mid November are either fulfilled or expired with refund from our side. We have US warehouse that ship locally for most gel blasters, also we used UPS international express for shipping all gel blasters that take 3-5 days duration in shipping. Looks like there are misunderstanding or the order is not placed with us.

We've ordered on the 13th of november, but haven't received any more news than an order confirmation. We've tried to contact them (via mail and facebook), but it remains silent on their side. After getting an answer via trustpilot, it was clear that the order was not allowed to be shipped as a whole to Belgium due to Belgium customs. The order is cancelled after 7 days, without any extra costs. For us, this has been handled perfectly.

We cannot accept your order as you are in Belgium ordering replica from HK, orders we cannot accept are automatically refunded on the 7th day from the order date. The refund is done automatically with no requests needed from customer side. I was happy with my purchase but there was a little bit of misinformation when it came to you guys's review video when I purchased the p320x5 it said an RMR plate will fit it but it doesn't I ended up having to modify the existing plate to screw it to it and there is nothing available other than a spring upgrade and o-ring on your site for that pistols so that is just a little irritating especially when your videos telling people it fits and it doesn't when you actually need to buy a special one that nobody can find anywhere
