Hi Richard, We need to set the record straight on why your order was cancelled and why your account was flagged. Your account was automatically flagged for fraud because a chargeback was filed on your previous order - the CYMA AK47. That order was delivered over a month ago, and you accepted, praised, and reviewed it on both YouTube (@TheGelBlasterGod) and Reddit (@MrBelle80). Our system automatically blocks future orders from any account linked to active chargebacks on delivered items that is accepted to protect our store from financial loss. We fulfill thousands of orders without issue, but we have to protect our business against chargeback fraud. Going to Trustpilot to post a 1-star review over an auto-flag caused by your own chargeback, while using it to push competitor affiliate links for your own monetization in Reddit, is not going to change our security policies. If your bank filed this chargeback by mistake, please send official proof from your bank directly to our support team and we will review your account status.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify what happened. When an order flags multiple high-risk indicators by the system, 5 different credit cards from 5 orders in this case, our team is required to request basic verification before processing shipment. To clarify , payment was never captured or held by us. From the day your order was placed to its final cancellation, the entire process including all back-and-forth communication, was resolved within 5 days. While we understand these security protocols can feel inconvenient, we enforce them strictly to ensure a safe and valuable shopping experience for everyone. As your order is paid by another person, the security check is required before fulfillment. We try to keep communication as fast as possible on Discord, most of our replies are in minutes but we apologize if the process felt slow sometimes on your end. I also want to gently clarify for anyone reading that we ship fast within US since we have our matured warehouse in California, stocking over 100 gel blaster models with a standard 3–8 business day delivery time. Dear Kingston, We’re very sorry for the frustration caused. The item you ordered has been marked out of stock for US customers since April 28th on the online shop. As your order was placed on May 7th, it was scheduled to ship by May 20th once restock was complete. We reached out on May 17th but haven’t heard back. Please let us know by May 23rd if you’d like the order dispatched. If we don’t receive a reply, we’ll arrange a full refund on May 24th. Hi Paul, as you are located in United Arab Emirates, if you import gel blaster which look alike replica firearm without permit, it will get seized as it is illegal for individuals to import it. If you check your bank account, there were no deduction of any payment due it is as the order was not accepted, an automatic email has been triggered to you on 18 November that the order was not accepted. I am sorry for the confusion here, but we cannot help much, seizure rate for firearm replica is extremely high in UAE. Also we hope not to engage in any smuggling / false customs declarations which can cause you legal issues.
