I would not recommend AK Gelblaster
I would not recommend AK Gelblaster. Shipping was extremely slow and communication was almost nonexistent. After they had already charged my card for the order and shipping, they started asking me strange questions about my credit card and order number, which made me really uncomfortable with the whole transaction. I eventually told them to cancel my order, and even that took about 3 days to get handled and refunded. Between the slow shipping, lack of communication, and weird questions after they already had my payment, the whole experience felt sketchy and unprofessional. I ended up taking my money elsewhere.

When an order flags multiple high-risk indicators by the system, 5 different credit cards from 5 orders in this case, our team is required to request basic verification before processing shipment. To clarify , payment was never captured or held by us. From the day your order was placed to its final cancellation, the entire process including all back-and-forth communication, was resolved within 5 days. While we understand these security protocols can feel inconvenient, we enforce them strictly to ensure a safe and valuable shopping experience for everyone.
