Dear James, The order was placed on 6 June and delivered on 9 June. We were asked “what time” the item will be delivered and “where the parcel is” few times before the parcel arrived, while the parcel is delivered within the reasonable shipping period, the questions are beyond our capability to help. The blaster was reported damaged on 12 June, with videos provided on 13 June - which shows the blaster works without physical damage. As reported, “gels shoots out and drop to the floor when firing in semi-auto mode”, we suggested to have the blaster sent back to our tech to review, with the return shipping label provided on 14 June. We are sorry that James left an unsatisfactory comment even before our tech have the opportunity to inspect the return. Lastly, we hope our customers can be respectful to the team, they have been trying their best to help you.

It is a great gun with free shipping and fast shipping.it works perfectly.the only thing that could make it better is if they made a drum mage for the gun

If you guys are really sending me a replacement drum for my Vector, then I'll submit another 5 stars!
Response from Akgelblaster.comMay 24, 2023
Hi Durell, thanks for the kind words! we are checking the rest of the drums as we get a few similar reports from our customers. We would send you a good replacement or refund you in case the rest are not good, will keep you posted!

The double drum mag that they offered with the kriss vector did not work at all and after looking into it, i’m not even sure that it is meant to go with the kris’s vector. I either got a non-working product or they are false advertising. The vector I got works though so that is good!
Response from Akgelblaster.comMay 23, 2023
Hi Alex, Thanks for letting us know you received a faulty drum. We would send you another one for replacement. Should you prefer a refund, please let me know, thank you so much, we won’t leave you with the faulty drum!
