Customer service was responsive and helpful

the team at AKgelblaster were very helpful. they answered my questions and helped me with my first blaster purchase. They also helped me pick out some upgrades to start off with. I was shocked at how fast the shipping was. Everything arrived as expected along with an extra gift from the team. 10/10 I would highly recommend.

Well what made my experience great was the fact my blaster came with a part problem. The guys at akgelbaster com are doing all they can to fix it great customer service.

Quick fast and helpful

Great blasters and parts. Excellent customer service. Very good shipping. Not much else to say

Fast delivery and good communication. Very nice

I was having firing issues with my blaster so I sent an email to their support team. They responded quickly had me send a 30 second video demonstrating the issue I was having. They determined I had a faulty magazine and sent me a new one free of charge. I’m new to gelblasters and originally tried to order from Amazon, but they refused shipment to anywhere in New York Sate because they are banned in NewYork City. I live 4 hours from NYC so this is ridiculous policy. Not knowing much, I decided Ak gelblasters looked to be the most legitimate dealer and am very happy with my choice. I will buy my future gel blasters from them them.

I totally recommend this Gel blaster seller! Top notch customer service. Not all items are perfect where ever you buy them from, but If you have any issues with your purchase from this guys , they will totally/ surely help you and assist you with the issue! A+++++++++ customer service.. Quality Gel blasters and parts!
