Had to chase them to send my parcel, finally received items and some were missing, others were dirty!?!? contacted them to replace missing items, they said they would immediately. Have now had no update, and now no replies to emails.

I was stupid enough to not trust the reviews on this one🙃 spent a lot of money on the site, got a shipping confirmation mail three weeks ago but when I follow the link the postal is still expecting the package. I sent an email to them, and they responded to the first one, but when I sent my order number they stopped responding. I have tried to send two other email, and they haven’t responded to them either. I will probably never get the package…

I have been emailing them for days or via the link on their website, no response. I also wrote on Instagram, but I saw that they did not respond... not there either. But then where do they answer? the explanation is that it's a small business...that's no reason, you have to pay attention to it awkwardly, after so many bad reviews.

The items look good but I didn’t receive the ones I ordered. Sent an email and contacted the store on Instagram and they never answered. Very disappointed

I placed an order on 30th September, I then received an email from Ajouter on 10th October where they said they had had an influx of orders and to bear with them, then on 12th October they emailed to say my order had been despatched and would be with me soon. It is now 21st October and the order has not arrived. They are also not replying to emails. I do not recommend this company especially if you are buying a gift and/or it is time sensitive.

buys their stock wholesale from China- didn’t even change the boxes of the items that say “Made in China. Designed and distributed by X”. Was hit with €30 customs charge ordering from Ireland- could have bought cheaper from China myself. The items were also supposed to come with 2 incense cones each- none of which were not included.
