Please everyone avoid this company! I have just had the worst online buying experience of my life when I tried to purchase a Birthday Gift for my Daughter. The items were not dispatched and they completely ignored me when I contacted them about it. They eventually decided to send them 10 days later than their advertised shipping time after I opened a case with my payment provider. By that time it was too late for them to be of any use as a Birthday gift and I therefore returned them. They continued to completely ignore me and kept hold of not only the returned goods but my money as well! I really do wish irresponsible and dishonest companies like this would realize that their actions have actual consequences for people. My Daughter's Birthday gift was ruined and it caused weeks of unnecessary stress and worry; particularly when they decided to keep my money which they weren't entitled to as the goods had been returned. RECOMMEND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Avoid like the plague. 3 months for a parcel. Communication is terrible. Would give 0 stars if I could. Keep your money and shop elsewhere.

Avoid the temptation to order from this company. Just read their trust pilot views. They are blatantly ignoring me for an update on my order yet they are quick enough posting stories to their instagram page? Awful service

Wow customer service is awful if you have any issue with your order. They sent me the wrong order but are totally refusing to acknowledge that they did. Took ages to reply and then just ignored me on both email and social media. What a huge disappointment as I actually really liked their products.

My item hasn't even been dispatched. Emailed and messaged on social media and got ghosted. Please avoid at all costs.

I bought a tablet sleeve which in the website said it was for up to 16" laptops, but what arrived was a tiny 8" sleeve. I've tried contacting them for a return and they won't answer, so I've issued a chargeback on my bank and I'm still waiting for it to be completed. Would advise to stay away from this unprofessional business.

I ordered twice. Same items. I ordered for a second time for a gift. I added a gift card with the option to have them write a custom message. I wrote down the message but already had a bad feeling so I screenshotted it as proof. And as sadly expected, it arrived with no name / note. So my friend had to ask multiple people if it came from them. Which is quite awkward if it’s not. I have emailed, dmed, commented and much more. And no reply!! And all that while under the same posts they do reply to other positive comments, but not to me. They’re very unprofessional and not reliable at all! AVOID, this company! Also the item are quite cheaply made. Also this was several months ago, so they have had plenty of time to reply. Never buying from them again!

I ordered a travel mug, it took two months to arrive and when it did it was TINY so I checked the website to see if it was me not checking and after finding the dimensions in the product description and measuring the item I received I found mine to be considerably smaller. Upon contacting the company after they took a week to reply they refused to do anything to help and blamed the size difference on shrinkage in the kiln. Even when I highlighted that they don’t disclose this in their product description and asked for some sort of resolution. They again refused to help and told me if I wanted any resolution I would have to pay to send it back to them. I had heard skeptical things about this company and had read these reviews and I’m sad to say the bad ones are most likely the true ones.
