I ordered a travel mug, it took two months to arrive and when it did it was TINY so I checked the website to see if it was me not checking and after finding the dimensions in the product description and measuring the item I received I found mine to be considerably smaller. Upon contacting the company after they took a week to reply they refused to do anything to help and blamed the size difference on shrinkage in the kiln. Even when I highlighted that they don’t disclose this in their product description and asked for some sort of resolution. They again refused to help and told me if I wanted any resolution I would have to pay to send it back to them. I had heard skeptical things about this company and had read these reviews and I’m sad to say the bad ones are most likely the true ones.

Won’t let me leave a google review as they have conveniently set it to “permanently closed” - which weirdly is true AND false? I took two trains to travel over to ajouter after asking them via instagram to confirm their opening times for that day. When I arrived the door was locked, no one was inside but there was a bell with a sign asking to ring it to be let in. Strange however I pressed it and no one answered. I visited a few more shops then returned, rung the bell and still no answer. Seems like this company are only interested in online sales. I also noticed in the window that many of the items look quite cheap and appear like they are drop shipping and charging a hefty profit. Strange way to run a company, would suggest you don’t bother visiting but maybe order online. So confused and found it really weird.

Love this store! Such cute accessories and always on trend with new styles. Their halloween collection is unreal!

I got my order very quickly but even though the products look fine from far away, the quality is very cheap. I got some incense holders in different forms and all were poorly made. Paint that is not applied properly, the inside is horrible, the top and bottom don't fit ideally. I can't recommend this shop. I'll still keep the items, as a small seasonal decoration it works but I wouldn't buy here again.

My daughter bought the moon shaped wax melter, when it was received I did say the hanging receptacle for the wax didn't feel right but teens know best, until the bowl was burned through a few minutes intonthe second use. They have not responded to her email, drop shipper of dangerous items

EDIT: After a few months I got my money back. I had to follow up on it again. So I think they might have forgotten it. ---------------- SCAM Don't order your products here if you are from outside the UK. I ordered something for Christmas. They tried to come to my door once (I don't even know for sure if they tried nobody at home heard anything). When I got back to them they mentioned the item was already on its way back to the UK after one supposed try. I had to pay extraordinary high shipment costs for a second chance, so I just asked for a refund. Now after 3 MONTHS I still haven't received my refund. They stole 60 euros from me.

Ordered 12th December, apparently was shipped Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. Never turned up. They said they would resend, by 17th January still nothing. Ended up requesting refund.

Ajouter has such beautiful items but they are hardly ever open so it makes it makes it difficult to shop. I have tried ordering online but it was super slow (took over three weeks) and there was no response from them. Such a shame 💔
