I've had very good communication with her and she follows up very quick. I realize the extensions I order in 1.4 gram strands double drawn the make on demand and it takes a little time which I'm very happy with because the hair is wonderful. Plus it does come from China so it does take time. I'm in California. I have nothing but positive feedback to give. Plus going from almost bald to having enough hair now to be able to have these extensions is so great. Due to medicines I didn't think I could pull off ever having long beautiful hair.
