Mahi was great!
Mahi was great! We booked the tickets the same day we had a conversation. However, one drawback is that a child(2 and 7 years) is pretty much charged the full ticket price(96% of the ticket price). If you book from other airlines, they will charge you 70-75% of the ticket. Well, this has nothing to do with Mahi but the agency has to work better in satisfying the customers with children.

I had a very bad experience wherein my ticket was re-booked and excess amount was charged to my credit card. Despite multiple follow ups for close to a month I haven't got my refund back. Every time I call they mention that they have contacted the accounts department and charge will be reversed in next 2 days. Worst customer experience. Avoid it and book directly through other reliable options. Chandrasekar

The worst agency...Please do not book through this agency. if you want to change the ticket due to an emergency, there is no response and agency will never call back. The charges are high on the itinerary change. BE CAREFUL, it's NOT DEAL.
