Thanks Prasanth for working with me to get tickets for my parents...it is very nice working with you..

Raj was very friendly & polite in communication, and also very quick in responding/replying to my emails/phone calls. I reached out to him on a short notice for my travel from USA to India. I had a great experience working with him on my travel/flight booking. I plan to engage with Raj for my future travels. Thanks, Raj

We had multiple tickets with variations on our itinerary, and it was team effort on Airtripmaker representatives to customize tickets to our needs with best possible deals. Ankit, Raman and Harry were super helpful and patiently answered all of our questions and concerns.

Team had been very helpful. They tried to accommodate most of my requirements. They can offer few more discounts for new customers maybe. But overall good service. Took some time but landed with relatively good ticket.

I saw quite a few negative reviews (about 15% 1 star rating) when I first checked them out, but balancing those out were some really nice feedback as well. So, I decided to see for myself. I worked with a gentleman named Abhishek, burning the midnight oil in Delhi, to align his time with our time in the US. He was a pleasure to work with and found a great price for two round trip tickets to India on business class. He also kept me in the loop during the whole process and made the whole experience palatable for me. While on a personal level, I can't complain about the service, on the logistical side, I would suggest that they modify their website and assign a customer number to track your process. Lacking that, I had to wait until the tickets were actually purchased (to get my ticket numbers and confirmation) to monitor the status. They should also link up the customer number with their payment system, so that the customer can manually enter their info into this secure site, rather than verbally giving out such info on the phone, which can potentially lead to a compromised process. This was the only thing that held me up from giving them 5 stars for the ticket purchasing experience. Once I complete my trip, I'll probably have more feedback, especially if I encounter any troubles along the way. Cheers.

I worked with sumit for my last trip to India. He was hardworking and trying to provide me with options to get the best deal. He made sure that all my pre-requisite has met and had great experience. I would recommend Sumit for future travel plans.

I worked with Prashant for a booking for my family for a travel from Charlotte to Kolkata for 3 tickets. Overall working with Prashant was pleasant as he was attentive, tried to give multiple options and patient. But when he went ahead to book the tickets for the quoted price he was not able to do the same and said the revised price will be $140 more per ticket. I agreed nevertheless as there is crazy rush for summer travel and booked the 3 tickets with him. Today I reviewed the CC charges and found that $140 was charged by their company per ticket and I was charged $420 extra by their company and rest was charged by airlines. I do not have any qualms with Prashant but the way I got charged for $420 extra that I felt is wrong. I am aware that airlines already give commissions to their agents directly and it is factored int he ticket price. If there is any other booking fees or taxes that should be notified to customers upfront for any but since that is not told to customer upfront I feel that is not professional or ethical.

The agent was very courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend Air Trip Maker to my relatives and friends. Thank you very much.
