It’s been a nightmare dealing with this company. I bought tickets for my children and myself (all separately) - SFO-Delhi in September. In October, Roger informed me that American Airline had cancelled my ticket due to non payment of taxes. Basically the company had not paid the tax even though I’d made the full payment. They simply asked me to book somewhere else and that I would get a refund. This is despite the fact that I was due to return with my sixteen year old daughter, had a very tight schedule and the prices had shot up dramatically. I told them they needed to help me get on the same Airline and on the same dates. They said they would try but kept postponing for two weeks. I had sleepless nights for those two weeks and finally told them I couldn’t take it anymore and would book somewhere if they made up for the difference. Roger called me saying Sam said he would reimburse the difference. After booking with another airline and giving them the amount needed for reimbursement - $1,069, Roger sent an email saying they would reimburse $900 with a COUPON for a future ticket. This is totally unacceptable as I have no intentions of ever buying a ticket from them. Also, I need the money NOW! I’m requesting them to credit the full amount to my account. Until that happens I’ll write a post every single day. If I receive the money I’ll update this post and change the rating. So the ball is in their court. 11/21 Update: We compromised I would accept a coupon but it would have to be $1,069 which is the difference between the original AA ticket and the AI ticket I had to purchase due to cancellation of AA ticket. They’ve issued a coupon which I’m planning to use in February. I’ve changed the rating to 3 for now because I’m a concerned about the coupon not being honored. Will wait and see what kind of price I get in February and if in fact the coupon works. Will update rating and review accordingly.

Anupam Singh helped me to buy the ticket from SFO to Madurai,India. I might happy if the AirTripmaker bought a better rate for the two tickets, I bought. Anyway Anupam helped me to finalize the ticket books.

very bad after service. Agent - Subham booked tickets and others also do not respond. I asked specifically yo book the seats together but they booked all 3 ticket separately. My kid is 2 yr old and she has a isolated ticket which is not appropriate

Unlike some of the others here I did not have a good experience with Jatin. He promised to get back to me in "10 minutes" with a better deal but never did. This happened multiple times. Finally I talked to Kapil who was more responsive but the delay resulted in my fare increasing by about $450. I would not work with Jatin but Kapil was good to work with.

I booked 4 tickets to India through airtripmaker. The tickets were confirmed and payment of 5000 USD done. I was traveling with wife and kids. After a week, I received a call saying the flight is overbooked and they can provide an alternate flight. I did not like uncertainty and hassle of unknown while traveling with kids and asked to cancel the tickets and reimburse instead. Also, I had plan to change days and wanted to book again later. I got 4000 USD from the airline but 1018 USD charged by world trade deals is still pending since April 21. I was told I will be refunded in 15 days. It's over a month. The agent is helpless as manager, Sam is not responding to her or my emails/calls. This is very poor service. Who will get back to them again if such behavior. Give me an ETA if you need time but respond to customer. >> I received my refund on 5/25. I marked the transaction as disputed with the bank.

Alex was very helpful and prompt. I had no issues while booking the ticket with Airtripmaker.
