Good quality of service by Paras
Paras helped me with n number of quotes patiently. Next day (within 24 hours), when prices went down by 400 bucks, he was patient enough to cancel my previous reservation and book the new itinerary with much lesser price. He made sure no penalty is charged. Good quality service.

Mahi the agent for Airtripmaker was…
Mahi the agent for Airtripmaker was very prompt and knowledge. However, the only puzzling part was that "MyFlyYatra" does not show any connection to Airtripmaker unless clarified by questioning the agent. My suggestion is to have some notation on MyFlyYatra the connection to Airtripmaker so there is no confusion or TRUST of the disappearance of MyFlyYatra in the process of booking. Moreover, the requirement of scanned copies of Credit Card and Drivers License is very unusual, although it prevents fraud on you side. When we book directly on any Airline website, only Credit Card number, expiration date and the code is asked beside the name and address on card. Sometimes adult children are paying for their parents, who do not have credit cards. Plus no address given for MyFlyYatra nor AirTripMaker in any email they communicate.
