Very good experience

I like this service

This is the best company 😍 They give best service. I m so happy with this company services. Thank you so much....

We bought tickets from this site through an agent (Ayesha) and they confirmed the tickets and sent the itinerary. When we ask them do we have to check back or is everything okay with our tickets, she said everything is fine. Before traveling on a trip, tried to web check- in my baggage with airlines. At that time i couldn't find any of our tickets. Next day we have to travel for an important event in overseas. We were panicked and called the airlines customer service. They guy at the customer service said, you booked your tickets through agent, and agent cancelled your tickets. You need to contact your agent he siad from the customer service dept of airlines. We were totally shocked. As they didn't inform us, give the refund or called us to let us know the situation until this time. So, we started calling them and talked to almost 15 people named Danny, James, Jenny, Anupam, Sam, Roger, Ayesha and so on..... They were helpless to look for another ticket or need to refund our money. We even sent tons of emails and calls almost spent 1 and half day on that .That was very important event that we missed due to their negligence. They are lifting the calls and then slowly cutting the line without answering. This is very unethical and harassing to us booking the tickets from them. I do not recommend anyone to book the tickets from them. They show the lowest prices and by the time you book the tickets it will be expensive and something like this happens in the background. They never bother about talking to you, refund you, replying to your emails or calls. We even emailed the managers Sam and Roger on this. Never got a reply back from them.I want to give Zero Stars for their service. Very bad customer service. Never buy from them.

Airtripmaker.com - Always, get the best deals, very cheap price compared to other sites. No hidden costs. The agents are also patient and helpful. The only thing I recommend is they can improve on the payment options. Currently, no online payment option available. They asks Credit Card information or send the CC authorization form. I am booking with them so I am comfortable but for new customers it is little suspicious. Otherwise very good service. Always recommend.

The website has fares from $799, they gave me a huge run around and never got anywhere lower than $1649 - and claimed that the $950 was tax. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible and misleading.

I have booked flights to India many times with Airtripmaker. Max is great. Very fast response, great deals and very easy to work with. Thank you Max! No hesitation in booking with these guys. Atul

Worst service don’t ever buy through them. It’s total scam.
