The support executive was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked multiple options to get the best available deal.

Worst customer service. Actually I had a very bad experience with Air Trip Maker and don’t recommend them to anyone, they didn’t disclose the baggage details and made us buy the ticket. Never ever I am going to go back to them

I dealt with James, the agent. He did great. Found the airline and the Business class fare that we wanted with least transit time, travelling from US to India. Worked hard to make it work. I intend to use him and his company again with no questions. I had travelled multiple times since I like to travel, he is great. I write this to make others know that.

James was exceptionally helpful in getting me the right tickets for our India trip!! He was so patient and polite even though I may have requested date changes several times. James looked out for our best interest and shared all details so that I could make the right decision. He worked very hard to get us the best deal! Thank you James I will certainly spread your name among my friends and also you are now my preferred contact for all my travel needs. Thank you!!

We have booked tickets to India thru Airtrip maker for last 2 years. They gave us very affordable tickets and much cheaper than other service providers. Highly recommend!!! Thank you to Peter and team for assisting and getting us a refund during a flight delay. Appreciate the Excellent Job by the team!!!

I was struggling to find affordable tickets to India for my family, as everything was quite expensive. Mustkeem came through and found us much better airline tickets at a more reasonable price. He definitely helped save us some money, and I’m grateful for his assistance!

Prashant has been helping with my ticket purchase as well as rescheduling. It was great working with Prashant. He was prompt and easy to work with and appreciate him following up thru the process till the E-Ticket is delivered. I will for sure come back to Airtripmaker looking for Prashant for my next trip tickets.
