AirtherealReviews of airthereal.com

I had an issue with a product I purchased on Woot. The customer service staff at Airthereal honored their warranty and resolved my issue in a timely and professional manner. I am a happy camper.

Fast and kind customer support. I like you have a prompt answer and proper follow-up to my request. Enrique M.

The customer services are excellent and they response very quickly. I purchased a Airthereal Pure Morning 7-in-1 HEPA Air Cleaner, APH260 and it runs great. Unfortunately a minor issue occurred (not related to performance) and they sent a replacement right away. Definitely would purchase their products again.

Very good products and their support is second to none. They go above and beyond , stand behind their product 100% and do everything they can to ensure you are satisfied. Highly recommended.

I haven't run across many companies providing the kind of service Grace at Airthereal gave me, all done by email. She quickly offered several options to rectify a problem with the unit. I chose the replacement option on Dec. 18 which was delivered Dec 24th. Amazing, given the Christmas delivery crunch.

Very good communication with reputable company. Had a faulty display of numbers on unit and company replaced the whole unit for me. Took a little time but was definitely worth it. I would buy from again! Thank you for your guarantee on products!

Great company, they really stand behind there product!! A+
