Customer service for this product was stellar. I did have an issue with it, but it was replaced. No questions asked just to verifying what the problem was. Customer service was prompt intelligent and a new machine was delivered to me promptly. Excellent experience highly recommend.

3 years ago I purchased a n airthereal 18k tankless water heater for my Home, it has been a fantastic addition to my tiny cabin! A week ago my community suffered from a localized power outage, when the power came on, it surged and damaged several of the electronics including the water heater. The incredible people at airthereal walked me through several trouble shoots and was able to help me get it working again! Incredible customer service! I wish all companies were like airthereal! Thank you so much! Brook.

I purchased a Lite 3, reverse osmosis water filtration system a couple years back and have been very pleased with it, up until now. I’ve just learned that I cannot get an RO replacement filter until November or December. Think twice about buying one of products!

Great water filter system! We are water snobs now! We had an issue when replacing the RO tank and Customer Service responded quickly and it was an easy fix! Thanks Airthereal!

Very fast, hassle-free and friendly service. Quick delivery and a really good product, which I use all the time.

I had an ozone machine that stopped working and customer service was great, after a bit of problem solving, quickly replaced it.

Support turned the experience around! Wasn't 100% satisfied with my order, I got in touch and they made it right. Great customer service and product.
