AirtherealReviews of airthereal.com

Airthereal is a great brand. Their air purifiers are awesome and do a really good job. I wish their filter prices were lower and I wish their filter Subscription service offered greater savings and that it was easier to swap one subscribed filter for a different subscribed filter. For example, in the past, I was subscribed to the HEPA filters and now I'd like to be subscribed to the HEPA-medial-grade filters. I wasn't able to do this on my own, but Airthereal's customer service was great and they did it for me. It would be nice not to have to contact customer support for this. So a more user-friendly and more options version of their filter Subscription service with greater savings for subscribing, is the only reason I don't give them a 5 out of 5 stars.

The unit I received is defective and doesn't to turn on the way the instruction manual says it is supposed to. Update. They sent me a replacement that does work.

Excellent air purifier for my bedroom. I never hear it running loudly, it is very quiet. It has helped reduce the amount of sneezing I do at night. Warranty support is good. The only flaw, is the Particle Counter display on top. I have had 2 APH260 models, and both machines had the same failing display after a few months. This does not affect the purification function at all, but I do miss having a sense of how much dust is in the air after I change the bedclothes, dust the desk and bookcases, etc.

When my Airthereal B50-PRO developed a loud fan noise under warranty, I was surprised when their customer support responded: "could you please try to let it have a rest in a few days and then turn it on to see if the issue has been resolved?" Setting aside the improper grammar, I understood the point and responded that that "solution" was unacceptable--I needed to use the device NOW. At that point, after reviewing a short video of the noisy fan they had requested, customer service offered to send me a replacement unit, and did so. So five stars for that, but minus one for having suggested that I should wait around for their product to improve rather than being able to use it.

The led on both my units are starting to not show the whole number. I contacted the service department and because my unit still fuctions as it should they offered me a on line gift card or a new filter for each unit. Im completely okay with that it was very considerate for them to offer me anything when they didnt have to as far as my units go i love them.

I purchased two units - one ADH50B for my room, which has worked perfectly, and one APH260, which did not. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a replacement - but at first, they told me the unit was working and offered me a new filter or $60! I told them I wanted a replacement, so that is what I finally received. I did sent proof that the original unit wasn't working.

I was sent a air purifier through Amazon that made some noise so I contacted Airthereal support. The support team was very helpful, but it did take several back and forth conversations. I think some sort of standard form for issues would make this a better experience. The machine I was sent as a replacement works well and overall I’m happy.
