Most of the elevators were out of order. We had trouble even making it downstairs to the shuttle area. On return, we found that there were two floors with the same label, so we wandered around for 15 minutes trying to find our car and wondering if it was stolen (before finding it exactly one floor below - on a floor with the same floor number as the one above!) Finally, the checkout staff didn't know anything about our prebooking / prepayment and much confusion ensued as we tried to leave. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I enjoy the convenience and location of this Airport Parking and the attendants are great too...but when will you ever get the WEST ELEVATOR fixed. It has been out of service way too long. Also, my last pick-up tool over 35 minutes and I had to keep calling to ensure someone was actually coming. This had never happened in the past and the fact I had a commitment that morning may have added to my anxiousness.

Time has not softened my recollection of you. You absolutely suck. I will never use you again. I will pay more at another location rather than use you again. I arrived late at night into LAX late this summer and called for pickup. No answer. Called several more times and texted, was told that someone was on the way. An hour later, another parking company bus driver took pity on me and gave me a ride to the parking lot. When I arrived, one of your bus drivers was sitting in a bus doing paper work - too busy to pick me up. The elevator to my car was broken, had to find another elevator. My online booking fee was not honored, I had to pay full price. I called the next day to discuss this with your firm and got no response. LET ME REPEAT - I will never use your firm again and I will tell my friends to never use your firm. I will shout from the rooftops that you suck and made no effort to respond to my (at the time) reasonable request for a refund.

They quoted me for one price online, gave me a confirmation # in an email, and then charged me a lot more at the time of exciting the garage. Since everything at the parking garage is automated, there is no way around paying what they charge you (and no one to dispute it with). Afterwards, i tried to reach the Manager by phone and by email- she ignored every effort that I made to contact her. Basically their "deal", confirmation number, and confirmation emails, are all just fake and a joke because they don't honor them! In addition to that, it was a hassle to reach someone to get picked up at the airport and you'll need to find their pick up sites at LAX on your own (good luck). I will never use this service again I highly recommend that you not fall for their scammer price! For what you'll really end up paying, you're better off parking at LAX and you'll avoid all the hassle.

When I stepped out to the curb, the bus was there and the driver was extremely friendly and happy. Nice welcome home. Structure was good and I felt safe. Thank you!

I have never had an issue with the workers. Great people and friendly. The building structure is the real issue. Several times I have arrived to a both elevators on the west side down. I leave and return 2 weeks later and they are still down. You are forced to walk to the east side of the structure and take that elevator that only goes to the 2nd floor. From there you have to switch to another elevator that goes from the second floor to ground level. I had the pleasure to deal with this so many times. Now I stopped using them for sure. Last time I used them was when the west side elevators were down and then east side ground to second floor elevator was down as well. I had to carry 3 bags, 2 of which are tools weighing over 83lbs each. Also there was an older lady who was also needing help. I helped her get her lugguage to the ground floor by carrying her items. It seems management let this place go!!! If not that then they need to get elevator techs that know how to repair those elevators. Other than. That they lost a loyal customer. I travel almost 7 times a month.

They've been great for the last several years I have used them. Recently the elevators were broken, and I hope this is resolved soon.

Had to park on top level 7 because "reserved" floors 3 and 4 made 5 and 6 packed... 3 and 4 were 10% full..... Then elevator on west end (main) was broken for the 3rd time in the last 4 months.... looking for a new parking spot after 20 years!!
