We arrived and found parking on the fifth level only to find the elevators out of service and the stairwells in less than in clean condition. Two weeks later upon our return nothing had changed except the stairwell was now locked. I found myself walking the same path that I drove back to the fifth floor to recover my car. When you've traveled all day it's not really fun to hike like this, will never use your facility again.

We didn't have to wait for our shuttle to take us to the airport. When coming back from our vacation, we only waited for about 10 minutes. I would have given 5 stars if the elevator was not out of order when we arrived.

Spots were too close.

Long line asset check out with one person taking his time for each transaction. Malfunction at exit (a car was in front when scan for exit) took another 10 min to exit (as everyone is on Mars time)

Not helpful at all

I have used the Airport Center the last 15 years. I have noticed changes in the quality of service. On our latest trip, we waited for more than 45 minutes the shuttle until we decided to take a cab to the parking structure. After a long flight, the least of your worries should be getting your car at the airport structure.

This lot is close to the airport so it is convenient but the spaces are so cramped you can barely and many times not be able to exit your vehicle after parking. The first officially available spots are on the forth level so you must drive in circles four times just to get to an available space. The elevators are extremely old and beat up and frequently out of service which means you will need to carry your luggage down a minimum of four flights of stairs. Add the door dents from the ridiculously tight spaces and this lot may get two stars on the best day. Van service going out is pretty good but on the return trip I have waited as much as 45 minutes for a pickup depending on time of day.
