Excellent place to park at a great rate, it's a parking structure which helps keep your car out of the outdoor elements. Only problem was the inconsiderate people that take two spaces making it hard to find a spot.

The location is great, close to the airport and parking is covered. If you make a reservation in advance, the price is good as well. However, the spaces are tiny, so I definitely wouldn't try parking a full size truck or SUV in there. And although there were several shuttle vehicles parked near the structure, there was about a 15 minute wait for a shuttle to get to the airport. Fine for this trip, but if you were running late, that could be a problem. Elevator nearest shuttle pickup doesn't work. Overall, it's okay for the price.

This place gives good value for parking. However, one of their main elevators was broken... which translated to having to drag luggage quite a distance to the next elevator...not a fun experience. I'd give it 3.5 stars to be honest... but being a bit generous.

I've been parking at Airport Center for more than 2.5 years now. And although I've seen some changes, they are pretty minor and do not make an impact to the customer satisfaction. Good Things: 1. I have noticed over the years that the company is trying to integrate technology as much as possible (new website, electronic ticketing, texting for pick up). 2. More clear signage. 3. Newer shuttle buses. Bad Things (Critiques): 1. The spaces for parking need to be much larger. A lot of the mid size SUVs or even standard Sedans are not able to fit into the parking spaces in the garage. The Lines are often arbitrary depending on how large of vehicle you have parked next to. Then it creates a ripple effect, all the spaces are off. 2. Lighting is terrible. The parking garage should have more lights. This brings me to another concern: Safety. I've seen some dodgy bystanders around the block who stand around. I think the only determent is the Hotel, which sometimes has a Security Guard walks the perimeter of the hotel, and has some line of sight to the garage. The parking garage should employ a security guard 24/7 to patrol the garage. 3. Elevators are too slow. When you have one primary elevator for the entire garage, you need to speed up those elevators. I sometimes find myself taking the stairs which sometimes can be faster. 4. I have to admit, the driver are more or less very nice and very hospitable. However, almost every time, I've seen the driver pick up Airport Employees. I have become numb to this as this behavior seems to be tolerated. However, I do see some new customers, from their reaction on their faces that this behavior can seem somewhat strange. We're paying for this parking/shuttle service, so it should only be provided for paying customers. 5. I also have witnessed people rides AC just to walk away from the garage and perhaps take an Uber or Lyft. Patrons should have their reservation ready before boarding the shuttle bus. 6. ONE MAJOR LOOPHOLE: I'd like to speak to management directly about this. However, the parking garage has several loopholes that is probably costing the company several thousand dollars. Part of what I do is provide travel companies such as airlines, hotels, and car rentals video online reviews. And I feel that this loophole should be addressed. Overall, AC is great, its convenient, it's close to the terminals, and its comfortable. Know your car is in good hands. There are definitely room for improvement.

Three minor issues. 1. Location was a bit tough to find first time. 2. Followed signs to elevator as instructed only to find elevator was down with no posting until you got to it. Had to walk all the way back to other elevator on far end of garage which is where I parked to begin with. 3. Waited almost 25 minutes for a shuttle bus to pick up and take everyone to the airport.

Please get your Elevators repaired!!!

The prices and availability are great especially compared to all other parking lots. However the return pick up at the arrival terminals are terrible. Waited an hour before deciding to spend the extra money and take an uber to the lot. You have been warned
