Parking is covered, however, Spots are super small, Elevators always broke and you must walk 1/4 mile to ones that work, Pickup always takes longer than all the others. Sometimes 30 min.

You get what you pay for. The building is tough to find and one of the elevators didn't work when I showed up. I dragged my suitcase to the other end and then spent another 5 mins looking for the shuttle. Returning was a whole another issue - shuttle didn't show up until I had my boyfriend also send a text for the shuttle. Basically, they won't pick you up if you're the only one there. When I came back, BOTH elevators didn't work, so we ended up carrying all our bags up 4 flights of stairs. Pay the extra $10 to park somewhere else.

Parking the car and catching a ride to the terminal for departure was very good. However upon return, the confusion to pick up the shuttle was terrible. I called the phone number on my ticket to ask where my family needed to wait for a pickup. It turns out that the description of the wording on the sign and the actual wording were not the same. As a result we didn't know where to stand. When we eventually found a shuttle and boarded, we pointed it out to the driver who agreed that what customers are being told is different to what the sign itself says and she will "let management know" (of course she will!). So a very frustrating return home.

Be aware of the cashiers over charging. The elevator is was out of order when we left and when we got back 4 days later. The lot and the cashiers hate their job and it shows and is directed towards you. Although, the shuttle drivers are nice and very helpful.

Love to park in this spot. The only problem I have ever had is that the elevators have been out of service.

Very poor maintenance. It's almost as if they didn't care for their customers.
