Shuttle took along time to arrive at parking structure and elevators not working is an annoyance

Would highly recommend. Great shuttle service. Plenty of parking space. Close to airport. Great price especially with advanced, online reservations. Only drawback was the elevators from the first floor were not working. Had to climb a good amount of stairs to get to 2nd level and above elevators. Needs to be addressed, especially for anyone with a disability.

Book online and save some money. Close to LAX.

The elevators didn't work and then It took us a while to find the outlet for the people with reservations. There are no visible signs posted to let you know what to if you are a reservation or a ticketed. There needs to be better signs posted. Other than that everything else was good.

Fabulous drivers and easy to make reservations, but the elevator in the garage has been out of order for months with no apparent progress or information available.

Fix your elevator. It's been broken for months

Parking here has always been great. Easy access, safe and reasonably priced. Only issue is elevators have been out of order for some time. Repair would be greatly appreciated. All else including shuttle service is the best!

Shuttle transport to and fro was quick and easy. However, the parking lot itself was extremely inconvenient; the only elevators that worked were on the farthest side of the building and you had to transfer from one elevator to another to go down just 4 floors. Lugging luggage for a 2 week trip around the large parking lot with a young child was not easy. For the price we paid we should have parked in the Airport Parking Lot C instead.
