The elevators are a problem. The 2 main elevators have been out of service for at least a year. The other elevators located at the far end of the structure are run down and a good distance from the shuttle.

The location and shuttles are great. The price has slowly creeped up over the years, but that's understandable. But the reason they get 3 stars instead of 5 is that their elevator never works. I travel with a wife and kids and tons of luggage that I need to either lug down the stairs or hike across the garage, take 2 different elevators, and then hike back to the shuttles. This is totally unacceptable and gone on for well over a year. When they fix their elevator I'll change my review to 5 stars. But as of now, it's more hassle than it's worth if you're bringing any luggage with you to the airport.

Elevator not working, requiring a long walk, with heavy bags, to an alternative one. It was out of order for the length of my trip, about 5 days.

The elevators were not working near the Crowne Plaza entrance. I parked here almost one year ago and they were not working then either. We parked here for a week and the elevators were not working the entire time. We had to lug our four large bags up and down five stories. Unacceptable.

Perfect nothing to complain.

Easy to find.....close to airport. One recommendation...take pic of bus that drops u off!

Fix the west end elevators. adjust the check out so that customers don't need the print out of the reservation confirmation.

Everything went as planned, the only bad thing is one of their elevators is broken. If you know where to go you can go up just one flight of stairs and then take an elevator to the 5th floor.
