We made reservations, that made it easier and CHEAPER to use this parking lot. A shuttle immediately outside, no waiting, to get to the airport. Easy return, only waited about 5 minutes for the shuttle..The one thing I would do differently next time, is pay closer attention to where we parked the car. I thought we recognized the correct level, but when we got back and went to get our car, we couldn't find it!! Then realized we were up one level too many :)

We were happy with the accommodations.

They need to fix the elevator nearest the pick up area. Or at least put up signs throughout the parking area so you don't have to walk to the elevator only to find it still broken and then have to walk to the other end of the lot to the other less convenient elevators (you need to take 2 to get down).

Awesome! Really easy. Shuttle drivers are friendly and are frequent making the rounds of LAX. No need to call or text 😀

The Elevator to the main entrance has been broken for at least 4 months. Both in December 2016 and in April 2017, we had to walk all the extra way to the back elevators. This caused us to miss the shuttle and have to wait a full 15 mins for the next one. My husband has a bad hip, so walking the extra distance slowed us down A LOT. For this reason, I will look for another parking lot for our next trip. The drivers are great!

The lot was so full I drove around for almost 15 minutes before I could find a parking spot then the elevator was broken so I had to climb 5 floors just to get to my car. The shuttle driver on the way to the airport was very nice & friendly but the the one on the way back was rude & grouchy. Probably wouldn't park there again.

I used to love this parking lot for airport trips but now the elevator is broken (almost permanently I was told when i asked when it would be fixed, so no time soon) and you have to walk ALL the way across the large parking garage carrying your luggage to get to the elevator on the side that we are not allowed to park on and then get off that elevator and take a second elevator and then walk all the way across the garage to the other side again when the shuttles pick up. I will never be using Airport Center Parking again until the elevators are fixed. I travel alone and will not drop my luggage off on the first floor and leave it unattended while I park and walk an extra 15 minutes to take 2 elevators and walk back. It is unsafe and exhausting and painful. Its a shame as the drivers are great and I used to only use Airport Center Express

This facility is well-run, and easy to access. I made my reservation on-line, but somehow managed to make two reservations by accident. I called the company, and the rep was very friendly and polite, and deleted the extra reservation with no problem. When we returned from our trip, our car battery was dead, and it was late on Saturday. It would have taken a tow truck 45 minutes to arrive, but the on-site garage manager lent us a portable battery charger, and in minutes, we were on our way. He followed us down to the exit booth, to make sure we had no problems exiting. I would certainly use this parking facility again, and recommend it.
