The female worker at the booth is extremely rude and unprofessional.

The shuttle bus service was terrible. I texted many times about my arrival and no bus has shown up at the designated area for 1 hour. Finally, I had to catch other vendor's bus (i.e., Wally Park shuttle bus) and that bus driver was willing to take me (and other 5 people) to the Airport Center parking structure.

Location and price are good but everything else was a very poor experience. Your elevators have been broken for months. You make your customers walk all the way away from main parking and where pick up area is. Also your shuttles come 1/3. The time to pick up as your com competition. I had to wait over 40 minutes for a pick up and when the driver showed up he opened the door. Didn't even get up to help with luggage.

PLEASE Fix ELEVATOR in parking Structure. Elevators have been broken for years now.. Please fix or people will quit parking with AIRPORT CENTER.

Elevators have been out of order for months now. First time all were broken and I had to drag two suitcases down six flights of stairs. Next time one elevator on the other side of the complex worked but had to walk across the whole place to use it. But the drivers are great and rates are good too.

3 out of 4 elevators weren't working. Longer waiting and distance to walk to shuttle.

We pre-reserved a spot online and received a great price. However, none of the elevators worked (no signs) and we were on the top floor (May 20) Fortunately, an employee saw us after we waiting a long time and drove us down in a golf cart. When we returned a week later, the elevators had not been repaired. Not a good situation at all. I hope the elevator situation is resolved soon.

The elevator closest to shuttle stop needs to be repaired. Been down for a while. Not convenient
