Did not honor my Groupon Certificate! I had to write to Groupon to get my money back. I paid Full Price for a mediocre parking lot with only 1 elevator. I WOULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN THIS LOT HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR GROUPON DISCOUNT. There are other lots to choose. I won't EVER park here again. I will even pay a little more for aREPUTABLE, HONEST company with better service. IM DONE WITH THESE CLOWNS

Elevator isn't working for quite some time nearest shuttles.

No problems finding an acceptable parking space on a Tuesday night. Be warned that the spaces are small and very large cars park in them (sometimes they are parking in spaces marked compact, sometimes it's just because the spaces are small) so often spaces are rendered unusable as a result. The elevators on the west side of the structure (the side where you are directed to park, and where the shuttle picks up) are broken, which is frustrating when you have luggage, when you are rushing to your flight, or when you are returning from a flight. I did not have any problem getting picked up at the terminal. The checkout process also seems to be confusing to some people, as there was a multi-car backlog to exit the facility after 1AM.

Very convenient location, did not have to wait at all to be picked up to be taken to my flight and upon return I waited less than 5 minutes. The driver handled my heavy bags and I was happy to tip him for his great service. My reservation I made on line was easy and locked in very reasonable price and guaranteed a space.

good safe place to part long term. Only complaint is they did not accept credit cards when exiting garage.

left my jacket on shuttle #3 on my way to the terminal. i immediately contacted the number on your website. the person who answered contacted the driver of shuttle #3 and was advised they had the jacket and i would be able to pick it up at the airport center office located in the parking structure when i arrive on a couple of days later. i did and there was no jacket and the management said that no jacket was ever found. i was advised by the manager that he would call and email me because he was going to research some more. manager never called me back. very bad customer service. will make me rethink parking my car or my company cars there.
