All in all, it went well, I had a reservation, came with my family, found a covered spot in two minutes and left my wife's Honda CRV there for 10 days. The shuttle was already there so we got to the airport in minutes. The shuttle back (be aware that it's on the 2nd floor) took about 10 minutes to arrive. When I came back I used my reservation number at the parking exit and I got my reservation pricing. One drawback, bigger cars may experience difficulties as the spots there are smaller than normal in LA.

The convenience of a reservation is awesome but where it fails short is having an area specifically set aside for these reservations. You still have to find a spot and a lot of these spots are tiny so lots of cars over park their vehicle making it almost impossible for another vehicle aside from a Smart car or Fiat to fit. So you still have to try to find a spot to park. To make it better, set aside regular spots for your reservations so they can get in and park faster making it the most convenient for them. Reserving ahead and getting a discount is awesome but getting an actual space when it's super crowded should also be top priority.

i HAVE USED AIRPORT CENTER MANY TIMES IN THE PAST AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE BUT ON MY LAST TRIP , WE ARRIVED AT THE BRADLEY TERMINAL LAX CURB APPX 11:30 PM AND TEXTED OUR LOCATION AND WAITED FOR OVER 1 1/4 HOUR'S .. iT SEEMS THEY DID NOT HAVE DRIVERS TO US PICK UP , FINALLY THEY GOT HELP FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND PICKED UP SEVERAL VERY UPSET CUSTOMERS.

Our experience was good! It was our first time using service. Only area would be when we text for pickup a confirmation that a shuttle was on its way! Otherwise my cars were safe with no damage. Would use your service again. Thank you

Even after making an appointment for parking at your LAX location and arriving 30 minutes earlier, I drove around for approximately 50 minutes to find a spot. it definitely the parking structure was over booked. when coming back and after texting arrival time I waited 35 minutes for shuttle for pick up.

Little delay on bus pick up. But OK over all

The parking structure is clean and shuttle pick up is prompt with professional drivers. Hassle free experience.
