Good Price and service !

Waited a long time for the shuttle to pick us up from LAX. Other than that, it was a solid experience. As others noted, the parking spaces are SMALL and it can be tough to find one on some days.

This is one of my two go-to spots for multi-day trips. Easy in and out; indoor parking is ideal for long-term use. And reserving in advance makes rates especially attractive.

We made a reservation to park for an early morning flight and when we arrived we were turned away and told the lot was full. Good thing we arrived early so we could Find other Parking. Will not use your lot again, had no problems with previous reservations so I was disappointed

I parked at the facility for 4 days. Upon returning from a business trip on 7/23/17, I found that my car was vandalised while parked on the 5th floor close to the elevators. All the insignias on the car were removed. The major damage caused in the process was body damage by using some kind of screwdriver. Cost to repair was $2200. I filed an incident report with the facility and was told by Airport Center's "security" staff that there is no security efforts provided. They use to have cameras but removed them to reduce their liability. I called and emailed to follow up to see if anything was done. NO response. Guaranteed my firm will never use Airport Center's facility again.

Did a reservation online and had no problems. It was a great experience.

I pre-booked on internet to have a better rate

The rate is okay. But when we returned we texted the number right away and waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to take us back to the parking lot.
