Everything is great, just need more frequent shuttles.

Easy to find parking and price is reasonable. However, wish they can have the shuttles run more frequent. Saw other parking lots shuttles drive by the a few times before their own shuttles. Waited almost half a hours for the shuttles.

I have parked at Airport Center a few times over the past months. The parking area now has an EV charging area. The downsides are that the shuttle service has been taking longer and longer for drop offs and especially pickups on the return. I waited for about an hour the last time.

Directions were clear when parking there with a reservation, and check out at the gate with a friendly attendant, without having to get out of your car. Very reasonable, close to airport, clear instructions.

Functioning elevators remains a consistent issue. Adequate directions to easily move from Peking spaces to shuttle and back then again should not be unpredictable or a challenge. We r tired and expect working elevators.

Finding a parking space was hard. Cars were parked haphazard and 2 cars occupied 3 spots. I had made reservations but there was no attendant around to ask any questions. Fortunately a guy was getting out after I had made 2 rounds on alll 6-7 floors that I could park and relieved as I was getting late for the red eye. May be because it was long weekend. Coming back was pleasant. I give 4 stars
