Made a reservation in advance and saved a lot on the cost of parking. It was covered, had security, and had a convenient shuttle that takes you to your terminal. No issues with my car (it was parked there for almost a week). My only small complaint is that I wish the shuttles were more frequent, but I understand that it was a smaller parking lot than the other ones nearby LAX. Just make sure you go early enough that you're not in a rush!

Have parked here several times. Previous experiences ok. Last experience was horrendous in July 2017. No places to park. Long wait for van to airport, 30 minutes. Extremely long wait for pick up from airport, 1 hour. Unacceptable. Will not use them again.

Parking lot was full and I did make a reservation ahead of time. Luckly found a spot after several trips around the different levels. What can you do. It was a holiday week. Got a good deal and car was fine when I came back a week later. Covered garage parking, tight parking stalls, working elevators, check out girl was nice at 1;30am. Just make sure you take your confirmation email if you want to get that price.

I have parked at this garage many times throughout the past five years. My most recent experience was horrible and finally pushed me to the point that I decided to never park there again. It took over one hour to be picked up after having called the phone number several times.

This was my first time driving from my home (70 miles away) and parking my vehicle at Airport Central. I was very pleased with the ease of finding a safe parking place, and being shuttled to and from LAX. The drivers were pleasant and helpful. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Airport Center to my friends.

Most of the parking spaces are too small. SUVs and larger vehicles are basically forced to park in spaces made for compact cars, due to the limited amount of non-compact spaces. Sometimes there are only inches between your car and the other cars on each side. Aside from that, I'm happy with the service.
