The lot was very easy to find. The garage itself is somewhat confusing as far design. I do advise getting there with more than enough time to find parking. We had to circle around a few times before we found a spot. The shuttle drivers are awesome and have the best attitude! Even when they're picking you up at 2am. :) Will definitely be using again.

Very convenient parking when flying out of LAX. There are a lot less shuttle buses comparing to your competitor. On my recent travel, I've seen at least 3 or 4 of the same competitor before I saw one of yours.

We have parked at Airport Center for about 5 years. I feel confident that they watch over the cars parked in their area. Checking out is always easy and all the employee's have a cheerful disposition. Someone in another group left a carry on luggage as we came back to the parking lot. The driver was concerned and asked a few people and then he took it up to the check-out area, he didn't act put out that he had to take it, just concerned that someone would be looking for it.

It was terrible that the driver was fell asleep and almost hit the bridge railing! She was really tired and should be going home to get more sleep. I can't even imaging that they would allow a driver to take passengers in such condition. I have parked in this place 3 times and the last time made me decided not to park here anymore.

I love the location of the parking structure.

Overall okay but a few negatives : elevators are more often not working than working, bus service is not reliable (not on the schedule that they say) resulting in frequent long waits and crowded buses, drivers expect tips, and air isn't turned on when it is very hot (or maybe air doesn't work.
