Airport CenterReviews of airportcenterparking.org

Very pleased & will recommend to others Beats other lots

They FINALLY got the broken elevators fixed! Yay!

The drivers are friendly. Better than most. Well light parking stalls and great location. wish the parking stalls were wider. Too many compact stalls.

Upon leaving to departures at the airport the driver was nice and friendly. However upon arrival after we got back to lax the shuttle never came. We paid another company to take us back to the parking garage to get our car. The driver was sitting in the bus chilling out. My understanding is they are to suppose to come every 15 mins. We waited about an half an hour.

Easy, convenient and the right price

My experience this time was much improved over the previous one. Basically, all floors are now open for parking and it did not take too long to find a space. However, customers nearly always park too close to each other, probably because they are in a hurry. Had to barely squeeze in from the passenger side and climb over. The place really could use an attendant and not just a cashier. Drivers are very courteous and helpful. LAX has goofed things up so now drop off and pickup are all on the arrival floor in a very awkward location. Nevertheless, I've only ever had to wait about 10 minutes for the Airport Center shuttle....

Pro- rate is very reasonable if make prior reservation on line. Location is close enough. Most of the drivers are courteous and helpful . Con- parking spaces are very tight and small. shuttle is not as frequent. A few times When the parking garage sign says full, even though we did manage to find parking, there is no shuttle running. We had to get a taxi or take crown plaza shuttle

Excellent airport service. Friendly and helpful shuttle drivers. Pick up went smoothly, the wait wasn't long at all. I would recommend and will use again.
