I dropped my jeep commander off on a Thursday and came back on a Monday just to notice someone stole my rear bumper guard. When I talked to the people they said no manager was available and they tool all my information. I had to call them that evening to check what was going on and the manager had no clue of the incident. I know have to fill out paper work to see if they will even take care of the damage. Don't ever park here not worth it if they don't care about what happens in their lot.

There were many problems and issues before and the company has addressed them honorably (though it took a lot of time). I have no complaints at all anymore and will use them always.

Pick up driver Passed my group at Tom Bradley stop 2 times, called and did not get any help. Had to Uber back to the garage. Unacceptable. Will never use again.

There are not enough parking spaces! This is the 3rd time I've chosen to park here because I like the covered parking and it seems safe. The first two times I parked here I had no problem (on a Thursday and Friday night) which is why I decided to park here for the third time. The 3rd time I parked here was a nightmare (on a Saturday at 6 am). There were not enough parking spots and people would also park in two spaces. I almost missed my flight trying to find parking (parked in a small spot, could barely get out of my car) and for the fact that the shuttle driver stops at each drop-off/pick-up location even if there are no people waiting. I would only recommend parking here if it's on or before a Friday and if you give yourself more than an hour and a half before your boarding time in case you run into these issues.

I expected inside parking but only thing available was rooftop parking.

Reservation online at a great rate. Covered parking and quick transportation round trip to LAX. Dispatcher and Drivers are friendly with pick up and assisting with picking up luggage.

Fantastic parking fantastic service I will use you foreverAnd I've already told all of my friends and family to park At your location

If you want to park here for long term parking (even 1 week) ,I highly not recommended. We have a Ford Lightning. We parked our vehicle for 2 weeks because we had to go to Florida for hurricane Irma only to return to discovered that our truck was vandalized and our license plate was stolen. Not only that was our headache, but we have to wait an hour to reach LAPD that refuses to respond and also had to call DMV. We ended up having to go to an LAPD station in person and waited 60 days to get a replacement tag in the mail. They tried to break into the truck, damaged the muffler, and dent on the rear bumper. Over $3,000 worth of damage to a truck that is rare/hard to find. We have talked to many people who pass by and employees. They told us that this happen several times. The truck parked at 5th floor. One of security told us that a month ago there's a break into a parked Cadillac and stole a seat. It seems like a inside job to me. Because how can you drive up there to steal a seat and no one have seen it. All because this establishment refuses to make a small investment in purchasing surveillance cameras. Airport Center Express: Nobody cares about your customer service or loyalty non sense. It's 2017 cameras are cheap! Go buy some cameras to stop these knuckleheads or you won't have any costumers in the future.
