Airport CenterReviews of airportcenterparking.org

We registered online which was a simple process. We parked and took the elevator down to be picked up and transported to the airport. We only waited a short few minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The driver was very friendly and helped us with our bags. Returning from our trip, we sent a text while we were at baggage claim and they immediately responded with a text that the shuttle was on the way. A few minutes later, the shuttle arrived and we were on our way back to our car. Payment was simple and the personnel were great. I will recommend Airport Center to everyone.

Very good service Definitely coming back

Reasonable price, cashiers and bus attendants are friendly and good service ! Will go back to them again..

Reservation worked well. Garage was quite full when we arrived Saturday afternoon 9-16 and we had to drive around for awhile in order to get a spot. A sign at the entrance said the garage was full so that was kind of confusing. Also wish the spaces could be a bit bigger. A very tight squeeze for anything but the smallest cars. Overall good service, shuttle driver was on time and courteous.

Basic parking. Shuttle can vary, sometimes it’s a short wait and sometimes over 30 min

I loved the fact that I dis not have to wait long for the shuttle both ways

Shuttle did not show up to pick us up from the airport to the parking garage even after numerous phone calls. Had to hail a taxi to get a ride back to our car. Staff at the parking structure did subtract the taxi charges from the parking fees.

Excellent! I made a reservation and due to traffic, I was running late in parking my car. After finding a spot in the garage, I hurried to the shuttle van. It was fast and easy getting to the airport - made my flight! Same on my return - shuttle was easy to get on the departure level. Got back to the parking garage to retrieve my car. Presented my email reservation - quick and easy to pay upon exiting. Highly recommend!
