Excellent serves

Great place to park and there were no surprises when we returned two weeks later.

Great location and convenience, and their rates are reasonable. No problems with shuttle, they make it easy.

Nightmare in your parking...same 3D in two different stories...I spent 35 minutes looking for my car and they charged me extra. Also they did not reimburse my money for paying a booking ticket at the Kioske. Finally the guy at the office was not polite...

I was charged $99.00 When I was quoted and given a invoice go $60.00 and some change, I am supposed to be reimbursed the difference

Exelente was my first time ever

We had very hard time look for the parking space. Lot was full and yet you kept taking the patrons. Also there were some people taking two parking spaces and you do not have any controls over this situation. In addition, there were so many spaces taking up by the monthly people. I really do not know if you have that many regular occupants because there were so many open spaces available for those people. We always love to use your space; however, this was ridiculous. We really appreciate if you review such situations and improve in the future. Thank you for listening.

Drivers and cashier were wonderful. Only negative thing was elevatorsbwere out of order.
