Very easy to make reservations, and it was easy to get to from I-78. Would definitely use them again.

I found Airpark Newark Airport convenient, clean, secure, professional and affordable. I had no problem finding the location, the lot looked new and clean, I had no problem checking in with the barcode on my reservation, I had no problem finding a parking space, the free shuttle arrived promptly after I arrived, the driver helped load my luggage into the shuttle, the drive to the airport was short and convenient, and my offload was easy and quick. I did not have to wait very long for the shuttle to arrive upon my return after an eight day trip, my return trip to the lot was easy, and my car was where I left it with no damage. My checkout was easy and my pre-arranged discount was already applied to my bill. Overall, this was a great parking experience, and it made my trip easier. I would heartily recommend Airpark Newark to anyone who needs long-term parking in connection with a trip out of Newark.

I would definitely use this service again, quick and easy! Our driver to the airport was great! We arrived early and he even picked us up from our spot so we didn’t have to walk at that he helped us with our bags! It was a great way to start off our trip for my birthday weekend. It was just really great service! Only thing that I wasn’t happy with was our driver coming back from our trip. We were in the wrong stop because we misread the a paper, once we got in the bus he kept going on and on about us being in the wrong spot after we apologized. When we got to parking lot he didn’t even help us with our bags which was extremely rude because we tip him also we just landed from a 6 hour flight.

At 1:00 pm on February 2, the attendant on the exit gate was rude. She was upset because I forgot to scan in or get a ticket on initial traveling date. Besides her everything else was good. Make sure you let first timers like me know they have to scan their barcode (I had paid online).
