Would Use Airpark Again
Usually I use the Newark Airport Long Term parking but at $18 a day and going on a long trip I figured I try and save some money. Found Airpark on a Groupon search, read many positive reviews, and they did not disappoint. I DID NOT use Groupon as my stay was longer than a week. I ended booking directly with Airpark and thus did not have to pay additional fees or taxes. Many people who have purchased on Groupon have complained of the additional charges but it is clearly stated in the Groupon ad. Any way as I got in I scanned by barcode and was immediately met by the driver of the shuttle van telling me where to park. He followed me in the van and when I parked he was waiting there for me. Off we went for a short 7 minute ride to EWR. Upon leaving he gave me a card with return instructions and repeated what the card said to ensure I understood where to meet the van when I returned. Very polite! Coming home a week later on a midnight arrival I didn't know what to expect. We followed the instructions on the card and a van came within 15 minutes. We didn't have to call. Driver took us to our car and we scanned our barcode to leave. Simple as that. If you used Groupon you would have to go a manned booth and pay your difference. Total cost 8 days for $98. I didn't quite do the math but I had used Groupon i might have saved $10. I opted to book direct and not deal with unforeseen add ons.
