The shuttle wait for the return trip back to the lot was a bit long but not terrible.

The day I dropped off my vehicle, they advise I had to wait 10-15 min until the next shuttle departs. I waited close to 30 min and if it wasn't for me repeating the urgency of arriving to the the terminal the driver was going to leave me for last even tho my terminal was A. When I arrived, we waited over 30-40 min again.I called twice and was spoken to as if I kept calling every minute. I can say the driver was more helpful when arriving, but I will never use or recommend AirPark.

This is a great way to park and get into Newark airport. Hassle free! Shuttles run often and the drives are so friendly. Making you feel safe and secure. We have used airpark twice and no issues at all. Pricing is very reasonable. Will absolutely return

This was the 2nd time I've had to wait over 20 minutes (not 15 or less) for the shuttle to pick me up at the terminal. And this time, it was raining. I understand this may not be the drivers fault, but it still sucks. Then when it finally arrived, it was a 'mini-bus'....not a 'shuttle'. It was difficult for me to get in since people were already in the front row, and I had to crawl into the row behind them. You should only be running the airport 'shuttle' type vans, to make it easy for people to get inside with their carry-on luggage.
