Everything went great until I opened it
Everything went great until I opened my moderator. After getting written confirmation via email from the AirGun Tactical Support/Sales team that the moderator I selected would get the threads on my gun I placed an order for the product. It was delivered and due to work overseas I was not able to open it for use until a couple months later. Upon opening I discovered the threads were not the correct size. I contacted AirGun Tactical for an exchange. They told me it was too far after the purchase date and there was nothing they could do. Then they said they would make an exception if I paid for shipping. Then when they gave me the return steps that added in that I would need to pay a 30% restocking fee. For a “reputable” company who made an honest mistake I would have expected them to make an effort to correct it without the hoops and cost. Very disappointing, I wish I could just do an exchange for the correct size..

Austin, we’re happy to accept your return for a full refund and will waive all fees, as this was an honest mistake. The moderator you received is for a higher-caliber version of your rifle, which is why it doesn’t fit. Normally, we have time limits for returns after delivery, but in your case we made an exception. We understand you’d prefer the correct model; however, the manufacturer is currently out of stock and it’s on backorder, so we’ll refund you instead. The email you received was our standard return template and didn’t reflect the specifics of our conversation. Please follow the return instructions. Thank you!

Great company.
It was just something, I guess intuition, that made me trust this company. Let's just say the majority of the time when I listen, I'm always satisfied. This is one of those times. Gr wt service and very dependable.

Good service
Good service, the slim Jim is a nice surprise in the package. My only small complaint would be it took 5 days for my order to ship out after i placed the order. But overall good service

Airgun Tactical goes the extra mile to please customers.
I initially made a mistake when placing an order with Airgun Tactical and was concerned that I would just have to accept the loss and order again. NO ! I looked up their phone number on their website and called. In very short order they looked up my order and corrected my mistake, sending me what I wanted, not what I mistakenly ordered. They were kind and threw in an extended fill female Foster fitting as, unbeknownst to me, this add on required it. So in contacting Airgun Tactical , not only did I get what I intended, I also got an adapter free which I was unaware I needed and they just gave it to me. Exceptional service in my book.

All accessories were installed upon…
All accessories were installed upon arrival. When I inquired about a back ordered item I was told should be in the shop in 3 more days and will ship by end of week. That was 100% accurate. Great people to work with.

Taxes On Merchadise
Tax. The tax is outrageous. I usually don't get charged for tax if ordering from out state.If I do get charged I'm good with that, which is 4.712% in Hawaii. Did not review complete order before placing order. Also, shipping packaging could have been better. Item arrived in good condition, but merchandise container was kinda beaten up. Other than that, order received as described, and arrived in a timely manner.

Thank you for your feedback and for noting that your order arrived as described and on time. Regarding tax: we charge sales tax in accordance with Texas state sales tax regulations. Many states (including Hawaii) now require out‑of‑state online sellers to collect tax once certain thresholds are met, so the rate you see is based on those rules rather than something we set arbitrarily. On the packaging: we do our best to pack items securely, but we don’t control how carriers handle packages in transit. The product arrived in good condition, but we understand it’s frustrating to see a beaten‑up container.
